In response to the IBS or Celiac; I was told my stomach problems, ie constipation, dizziness, intestinal pain was IBS, only they called it "Spastic Colon." That was over 30 years ago. And the doctor said stress makes it worse, but they didn't know what the underlying cause was. So for years I just accepted the pale skin, occasional inflammation flare up, and general poor energy. I got into using naturopaths, tried colonics, herbal concoctions, wheat-free, clear off food trips. But it all ended up slowly pulling me down. I'm looking to understand the whole thing well enough to help my body fix itself. I'm staying away from labeling any of this and leaving it at that. I think fibromyalgia, arthritis-type problems, all that is somehow related to food not being properly utilized and therefore some organs are starved and turn the whole thing into a "catch-22". So where is the failure? in my case the stomach? What can I do to get it to work, and then all the systems that are involved. How do you break though dysfunction that has dug a trench? :)
