Hi LL - I'm sorry that you're dealing with such pain as well as the problems associated with not having health insurance. If you will let us know where you live (city, state or province) we can look into community resources that may be available at little or no cost. Any person who's been in pain for a long period of time needs to get appropriate medical treatment. While it may seem to be a UTI this could also be something more serious and you deserve both medical care and peace of mind. Take care, Pat
