Thanks for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. Unfortunately, you will have to follow your doctors orders and try a pregnancy test at the end of the week. I know that waiting game can be horrible but in reality, you are experiencing symptoms that could be either pregnancy or mentstrual as you know, they often mimic each other. Try to be patient as stress can certainly cause your period to be delayed also. Good luck and keep us posted on your results.
