Hi Anon,

Sometimes after sex, you can feel cramps for a few days after due to being gassy because of the sex. This is normal-- it doesn't mean you're pregnant. However, if you didn't use protection you could get pregnant from this incident but you wouldn't find out until you missed your next period.
