Well With my first son I had early signs but they were more extreme I became allergic to my laundry detergent and was throwing up well before my missed period I went to the dr and had a blood test done he had told me I was either having a miscarriage or was about 2 weeks pregnant so this is why I was unsure because 4 years ago my son was conceived within a few days of my signs now they are light head extremely tired abdomen pains nausea and moody
