Generally speaking, you can test when you miss your expected period. Some pregnancy tests say they can detect the pregnancy hormones up to 5 days before your period is expected, but for the most accurate results, you may want to wait. If your period was Feb. 21st, and you are on a 28-day cycle, you could expect your next period or a positive pregnancy test on or about March 21st.
