The problem with pregnancy symptoms this early on is that they can be hard to differentiate from symptoms of your period coming on. The withdrawal (pull-out) method is roughly 70% accurate at preventing pregnancy, but if you didn't clean off the semen, you may have put yourself at more risk of pregnancy. In any given month, a normal, healthy woman of child-bearing age has about a 20% chance of getting pregnant.
The symptoms you are experiencing could be your period, but in the case you miss it when you expect it next week, then you can take a pregnancy test. Some tests say they are accurate up to 5-days before you expect your period, but you may not get a strong, reliable reading until you miss your period. Hope that makes sense.
