Hi, Anon,

If you are using birth control and you didn't miss any of your pills, you should be fine. Especially since you take them promptly every day. But very very occasionally women do get pregnant on the pill (when they say it is 97-99 percent effective, that still means that 1 to 3 women out of every 100 can get pregnant). So let's do the math and see what we can figure out.

If you got your period on a Wednesday, that is day one. of your cycle
So you had unprotected sex on days 7, 8 and 10 of your cycle. And now it's a few days later and you're feeling crampy.

Honestly, I don't think this would be pregnancy. Implantation cramping/bleeding is usually quite light, and the bleeding is like spotting. What you are describing seems a bit more severe, more like early period cramping. (And that can simply be due to hormonal fluctuation and stress).

Unfortunately, the only way to know for sure is to get closer to a missed period. And since you don't give dates for everything in your question, I'm unsure. When is your next period due?
