I started on a new birth control (NuvaRing) in April, when I took it out the beginning of May, I waited the typical 3 days for my period and nothing. I read that sometimes women took 5 days, so, I waited until 5 days had passed. Nothing. Finally, 4 days late (9 days after removing NuvaRing) I started my period. I had a slow flow as normal but then on day 2 when I should have been gushing, I had nothing. Day 3 it picked back up and day 4 also. By day 5, I'm usually off by day 4 or getting off, I was spotting, this was normal. I spotted for a few more days. My periods are never this long or this late. With birth control, I'm either right on the money or a day early. Without birth control, I'm 2 days early or more. I am now just under 2 weeks out for my next period and a few days ago I started getting such indigestion that it felt like it was burning even between my ears! I have been having small cramps, bloating, and lower back and side pains as well as nausea. The past 2 days I can't wear loose boxers or anything on my belly. I'm pulling everything up like Erkle to avoid hurting my belly. I did not insert a new NuvaRing because my insurance dropped me suddenly and I cannot afford a new one. Is my period coming early or is it possible that it's because I'm not putting another Ring in?
