A blood test to check hCG levels is more accurate than a urine test for pregnancy. An pelvic ultrasound, usually done after eight weeks into a pregnancy, will show the developing fetus. These are two diagnostic tests done to confirm a pregnancy.
Your symptoms may be caused by something else, particularly heartburn. I suggest you make an appointment with your primary medical physician.
