If indeed you did conceive on May 30 or June 1, you should not feel anything. There is no pain associated with the process of conception.

Conception means the fertilization of the egg by the sperm. The physical act of sexual intercourse, which is necessary for conception, can occur anywhere from a week to a couple of hours before an egg becomes fertilized. Implantation refers to the process in which the fertilized egg, also known as the blastocyst, becomes attached to the wall of the uterus and starts to produce hCG.

it can be as many as 7 to 14 days between the time of sexual intercourse and the time that the fertilized egg implants in the uterus.

The mild cramping and lower back pain can simply be premenstrual symptoms.
