I have been on the pill for over a year now to prevent ovarian cysts. I'm usually pretty good about taking it. My menstruation ended 2 weeks ago, around the same time that I had "unprotected" sex. I had not started the new pack of pills It will be exactly 2 weeks tomorrow, and my period is not due for 2 more weeks. I have been experiencing cramps that are slightly similar to menstruation but I know the difference. I have had cysts before I started the pill and these do not feel like those cyst/ovulation pains. I have also felt lightheaded, tired, and achey along with some other symptoms. I wad wondering if there was a chance of early pregnancy, or if something is wrong
