I had a hystetectomy 14 days ago. I'm 54 and in good shape; excerise on a regular basis. I use to have a flat stomach but after the surgery I have a pouch too and I hate it. I have been doing very simple yoga and walking as much as possible.
My question to you is, do you feel the lipo helped the skin/fat that hangs over the incision?
