I have done HIIT and have lost everywhere BUT my belly! It's extremely frustrating!! My hysterectomy was in 2008. i went from a 42F to a 38J to now a 40H ....WTH!?!?! I seriously think my body hates me. I walk 3 miles a day plus weight training and entering my 2nd HIIT boot camp and only 1200 calories a day. I am
