45yo female with Venous Lake on lower lip. I keep Vaseline on it all the time. Sometimes it pulses like a heartbeat. Skin seems thin so if I don't put Vaseline on it I could have bleeding without even knowing it. Most embarrassing was once at a business lunch meeting drinking tea and my lip starting bleeding uncontrollable down my chin. It has been frozen once, got smaller but still exists. I've had photo laser facial treatment. Next visit I'm going to ask her to zap my lip also.
