I had itching and pain for about 2 years, and my family doctor was telling me that I am getting older and having east infection episodes. He was prescribing me a pill from east infection every time I was seeing him both out even inspecting the area. I am 53. Finally, I couldn’t stand it anymore and found a ginecologist and he prescribed clobetasole propenate two weeks ago for treating LS. I also consulted with Dermatologist couple days ago and he prescribed Tacrolimus for the same problem LS. Tacrolimus is not a steroid, but it has its own bad side effects if used for a long period of time. I haven’t used it yet. Did anyone use Tacrolimus for LS?
