You are right--it is very expensive!! I just paid $63 at Safeway. I don't know why as it is simply a steroid ointment. However, I have gone on a Canadian Drug site (Cheapo Drugs) and found it for around $17 for 30 g. You just need your doctor to fax them a prescription.
