Be sure you know the reason for hypothyroidism:
Autoimmune, post-partum, etc.
In addition to the TSH test be sure to have free T4 test
Also it can be not a bad idea to have thyroid ultrasound done once in a while
{your neck looks swollen a bit, but I can be wrong [hopefully])
