Hi I have cmt1a, and I broke my leg as well almost 2 years ago. The leg is still broken as people with cmt have a poor rate of healing. I to strugle with walking and other pysical issues. What I can tell you is that I have found out by accident (though nothing is accident) HYPERBARIC OXYGEN CHAMBER. Google it not sure where you live but there is a great centre in Chigago.
