I just received flu shot on Friday, August 26, 2011. Like G. Scott, I feel deep muscle pain in my left upper arm (where I received the shot), across my shoulders, up my neck and into my right upper arm. I can't sleep. I've been taking extra strength acetaminophen every four hours with no relief. The pain is worsening with each passing day.
