We do sign waivers and things when we receive shots, but that does not provide blanket coverage for all responsible parties. Also, you might like to file a report with the CDC. .75 of each vial of the flu shot, and all other vaccines, goes toward compensating people who had adverse reactions. With the seasonal flu shot, you have to had symptoms for at least 6 months to file a report with them for compensation. Presently, am not sure of the address, but if you would like to know what it is, send a reply and I will find it.
