I have just looked at this site as I have been having muscle pain in my arm for some weeks. Exactly same symptoms, muscle pain which gets worse on using, pins and needles, difficulty sleeping. Thought it might be a trapped nerve but now I am sure it is associated with having had a regular flu injection and two swine flu injections (methotrexate patient-definitely not joint pain) in that arm
