get an MRI. I finally was given one and the result was a partial rotator cuff tear. Ortho also said coincidental. Thats such bonk! Mine was given too high according to one Dr I saw before I had the MRI and after I had seen 2 others. The two others just thought it was a bad muscle bruise. The needle had to have pierced the rotator cuff and caused the tear. Get an MRI. Ortho suggested cortisone injection...but I don't think I'll bother. I will ask for some phys. therapy.
