Been a long time since I reported my issue on this thread. I am pleased to say I got my issues corrected. The Orthopedic Dr reported that I had developed "Frozen Shoulder" which can happen anytime the shoulder becomes inflamed and you slow down or discontinue use due to pain. In some cases attempts to use it when it is already inflamed can cause it to get worse. I my case he corrected it with a shot of cortisone directly to my shoulder. Mind you I still needed physical therapy for a while. Which in reality you can probably due at home with some exercises you can probably find online. I do suggest keeping doing the exercises occasionally to keep your shoulder from freezing up again. I am still convinced it was caused by the shot but none of the doctors agreed with this. In my case the shot giver was a newbie and I think she missed the intended spot or was overzealous.
