I suggest not getting the flu shot next time for everyone here. Look online at the controversy that surrounds the flu shot, its better for your body to just deal with the flu virus naturally. Do yourself a favor and spend the money that it would cost for the flu shot on a immune system boosting herb to take if you notice that other people begin having symptoms in the same area as you.
