I just got diagnosed with this & am in the process of clarifying whether the terms are interchangeable IC vs trigonitis. Im currently being treated with a prophylactic Macrobid 100mg antibiotic treatment for 3months to prevent further UTIs since I was having 1 each month for the last 4months
