Hi i was diagnosed with trigonitis in feb 2014 and after trying treatments with no success I had the same operation as you in may this year I'm suffering a lot but I feel I'm getting better slowly and as you I keep having faith I will get better. I'm Portuguese too i live in Spain and I had the operation here.
