I have had VV for 10 year now, 4 of which the pain has been under control until 3 weeks ago. I am also seeking the help of chiropractics. My lower spine (tailbone) is crooked and my hips are also misaligned. Third appointment is tomorrow along with massage to the periformis muscle and surrounding area.
