My wife has endometriosis and heavy bleeding and had Mirena inserted in February and now in July she told me that she doesn't feel the same anymore she told me today that she doesn't want to show me any affection I truly believe that it is the Mirena IUD but she does not want to get it removed because of the pain from the endometriosis is there an alternative someone help me before my marriage ends my wife is the love of my life we never really even argued before this
