Normal benign acquired nevi (moles) and congenital nevi (bith mark moles) can enlarge as a body part enlarges. However, if there is any question about the significance of a lesion it is a good idea to see a dermatologist. If he/she has any question about the significance of
the lesion, they would biopsy or excise it. Good luck!
