Hi, I am in a similar situation to yourself. My left ovary is full of cysts and blood, my right one was for a while but apparently they have disappeared for now. They can come back at a later date. My surgeon has said she will remove my left one only. They are conscious that my right knee should remain to allow me to continue producing oestrogen and to minimise risks of oesteoarthritus. I really wanted them both out as I have suffered for years with polyscstic ovaries and endriotremtis. I had a hysterectomy in my early 30's due to infertility issues and really bad periods.
