Many times people facing surgery are afraid of dying. Bariatric surgeon Dr. Mathias Fobi does what he can to bring reassurance to those fears.

Believe it or not, most people complain about the rapid weight gain following a total colectomy. The best way to gain weight is the slow but sure route. What have you tried? A well balanced diet is essential-- Have you scheduled an appointment with a Nutritionist? If not, your best bet is to have your physician refer you to a Nutritionist who will tailor a well balanced diet fit for your needs.
